" A. King Construction was recommended to me through a work colleague to build my single storey extension. I’m very pleased with the quality (and speed!) of the work they carried out for me. From the first meeting, I felt confident Adam knew exactly what he was doing, and he gave me lots of options on some of the outstanding questions I had. He was enthusiastic and professional, and I felt confident he would deliver. Once the work started, the team were very well organised. There was a whirlwind of activity right from the start, with very few periods of ‘down time’ throughout the build. We had foundations within a week, a roof within 3 weeks, and it was finished within 6 weeks. The team were very polite, friendly and hard-working and I’m very happy with the result and quality of the extension. Adam was quick to deal with any queries and was always available if I had any questions or concerns (not that there were many of note) and made the whole experience stress free."

“THE OUTCOME OF THE BUILD IS EXCELLENT”
"We found A. King Construction using an internet search. On meeting Jamie, we found him to be a very likeable person, with a ‘can do’ approach and a friendly, business-like attitude. We had a feeling that we had the right builder for us. We found all of the crew to be friendly and hard working. Our build started in the January prior to lockdown, and when it became apparent that lockdown was happening, A. King Construction got as much material as possible to our site to enable as much progress as possible to be made. They were very focused on making sure we had what was required to be comfortable during the lockdown. In circumstances where outside of the box thinking was required to overcome obstacles, they were very innovative, and always happy to go beyond their obligations and help us and get the job done. The outcome of the build is excellent! The quality of finish is one of the reasons we chose A. King Construction, we saw this standard at the reference job we visited. We are also very happy with the other trades employed by A. King Construction, such as the Electrician and Tiler. Both took great care of their work, and we are very pleased with the quality.
